Summertrios *New* Jill's Skills and Drills Workshop 2022
Summertrios holds two weeks of workshops in June in Lancaster PA, offering a vibrant musical experience for adult, non-professional musicians of all abilities the chance to play chamber music in a friendly, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere. The imaginative, insightful, and world-class faculty invite you to inspire and transform your musical journey. There are no admission criteria, everyone is welcome.
About Jill's Skills and Drills Workshop: (For strings) Expert coach Jill Schultz has designed this fundamentals Workshop for string players who want to advance their technical playing skills and ensemble work. Participants work together on technical drills and then apply these skills to ensemble pieces, putting the ideas to immediate use. Attendees leave with works they can play and use with other groups after the Summertrios experience.
Jill leads participants through a skillfully designed program culminating in informal performances. Music will be provided and will be available at the end of February.
